Welcome Home, Enter The City.
To truly be Well-come, means you should enter in peace, with good intentions; then it means those possessing these qualities are invited!  Well --> come.

Therefore, We say in Thee Holy Quran: Marhaban,

Then some say: 'ahlaan bik أهلا بك  or ahlan wa sahlan.

Then we also say; Enter in Peace!

To Truly accept the invitation to Enter in Peace, you also must be visited, and Open to Receive Thee Gift of Peace within {Islam}.  This is why it is written; Behold, I stand at the Door and Knock”.

Notice, He first seeks to Enter our Hearts; To remove that which hinders us, from Turning to Him.  He is prepared to make war with our enemies [inwardly and outwardly] for our redemption.

If we would only “Open” unto Him; it is only by taking this Position and turning to Him {in Submission}, that we will be Welcome to take our place again among our own. [See Equal Opportunity; Islam taught without Hindrance]

See here how our Messenger Teaches us The Importance of accepting This Divine Gift of Inner Peace that comes only by Entire Submission

If we examine the structure of this word; Welcome!

It begins with a nominative term”Well”!  This term can take on several forms of meaning.  However, the base meaning denotes a quality within, from general health wellness, to a deep earth-well where we might find water.

In Arabic Morphology we might find this quality expressed in the sound written as; “B-i”.  We could pronounce this as “By“ {which could mean; As a result of; proceeding forth from; etc.

[Or] it could also represent; a dichotomy, or duality, as in, yin & yang}. [Or] we could simply say; BE! Either way, this element of study gives us a unique understanding of how we should receive our people into Thee Open Arms of This Truth.

This interesting take on the word “Welcome” is as The Security check procedure established in Thee Nation of Islam; allowing both {The Receivers and the Visitors, Guests or Returning Family Members} to understand The Vast Beauty of Our Spacious Home.

This is The True Spirit of Welcome we extend to all, regardless of race creed, color or circumstance.

As you have been invited or summoned to be courted and escorted into the bond of Truth toward the Ultimate Union;

We want to show this Truth worthy of your Trust, so that any fear or doubt can be thoroughly removed.

In the Bible; The people of Haran Rolled a Great Stone from the Mouth of a Well…;  This stone could represent our natural skepticism, and objective reasoning, which must give way to mathematics and actual facts.

In The Holy Quran we are warned not to deny or dispute a thing without knowledge, nor to give a lie to the truth.  Oft-times a people find themselves in such positions due to doubt and fear of being deceived or misled.

This Initial state of Natural Caution arises each time we attain a new level of Truth.

When Moses, Jesus and Muhammad were informed of their assignment, each one expressed some difficulty or initial doubt.

With Musa, he did not feel he was eloquent; and was asked; who made man’s Mouth; With Jesus, he prayed to be baptized and was notified That He was a Beloved Son, and reassured that God was Well Pleased with Him; With Muhammad, he exclaimed he could not read; and was reminded that This same God who made man from a clot, then also teaches Him by the Pen what He knew not.

This is our drill challenge today; to Roll the stone from the sepulcher; to overcome your doubts and fears.

This state of objective reasoning is natural in the initial stage of security screening; Then, Allah [The author of Truth, could leave man in… that which he confuses; assuming he is self-sufficient]; and yet give clear tools of discernment {a Furquan} to those moved to be worthy of this Trust.

This is also why Musa was warned when receiving the revelation, that he should not be in doubt about receiving it. Then Allah gave him further signs; saying look at thy hand.  It is further written that the Hands will bear witness against us.

This also could refer to that which our hands have put forth, as in our many errors in the past.    If a student continues to ignore clear signs, ALLAH then warns that he could feed them strong delusion so that they could believe a lie.

This type of over-ripe, unwarranted, over-scrutinizing of clear messages is due to unbalanced doubts and fears, which are as a klatt or stone obstructing the flow of information that leads to a joining of that which ALLAH ordained to be joined {watering the flocks}.

The people of Haran could be related to the family of The Great Patriarch Abraham, and thus be a sign of The Hanafi, Hanif, or hunafa state of furqan or discernment that relaxes our fears and doubts about receiving help from our fellow originals or fellow muslims.

[Then] This way of learning to relate our Lessons, and apply them within, is as a Great Wheel of Truth coming to Light upon {the great potentials within us}; that unlocks Thee hidden or sealed Inheritance of our Calling.  So that we all can attain the best of our aim and purpose for being.

In The Bible, The People Chosen and Commanded to come out of the ways of The Heathen, came to a Valley called “Elim!” [During the Great Exodus].  This word “Elim” {could mean:  The Firm Root, as written in Surah 14:24 The Good word as a Good Tree}.

In This Valley of Elim, there are “12 Springs” and, or “Fountains” {as a sign of a valley within}.  Understanding the significance of these scriptural ensamples can greatly benefit Us in our Journey to The Hereafter.

Therefore, with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Isa 12:3

This understanding will also relate these inward Wells, to the Sacred Springs, also given in the scriptures as literal and spiritual signs and symbols for the conscious mind.

In The Holy Quran, 12 Springs of Water are written to flow from the stone for the Salvation of all Tribes.  Then the parable of the Stone in many narrations all relates.

The Great Well Named Zam Zam is stated to be named after the phrase Tazummumi Zummi Zummi {meaning; To Collect, or Contain} which the great Matriarch Hagar is reported as uttering; as she sought to gather some of the awesome flow of this sacred well unto those most in need.

Our beloved Messenger, Thee Glorious Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, gives us the Best Definition of the term Zam Zam;  Teaching us that this Name means; “Runs Forever”.  Thus, perfectly relating This “Well” to the Ever Flowing Fountains in The Hereafter.

“…Our course the spiritual side of the Teachings (that the well will never go dry) in the Bible and the Holy Qur'an both are referring- to the spiritual well of God. The Holy Qur'an is the Word given to Prophet Muhammad by Allah. They put the Words in a Book called Holy Qur'an. One of the finest meanings of the Holy Qur'an to us is a "Book of healing." It is healing*” us of the wounds of Satan. TOT

He described little attendants coming up and serving him with cup after cup of this Water which He described as Light and easy to digest in the body.
