The Word "Al-Hakam" means; "The Judge".
Our beloved Messenger Teaches us That Thee Angels are written to establish the Second and Final Trumpet Blast in The Final Hour, and that Thee Angels are The Executors of ALLAH’s Will.

In essence, the Angels Come to
“Execute Judgement”.
This means that The Teachings of Ansar El Muhammad, are [in essence] the Work of Thee Just Judge of Judgement Day], Executing Judgement, [as in The Weighing of Facts to Reprove a Determination] . To do this, The Angelic Host use the Trumpet Frequency of "Al-Hakam". The Decisive Tone of The Knower.
